We accept return or exchange only if the opening video is provided (from start to end without cuts).

The video must clearly show the parcel opening and product condition.

Any missing or damaged item should be reported within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp.
2. No Return / Exchange for

Color variation (due to lighting or screen differences).

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Items purchased during sale or offer periods.
3. Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only after we receive and verify the returned product.

Refund will be processed via GPay or bank transfer within 3–5 business days.

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product sent is incorrect or damaged.
