If you are not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
1. Video Proof:
An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for any exchange or return request.
This helps us verify product condition and ensure a smooth process.
2. Eligibility:
• Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Size exchanges are accepted only if the requested size is available.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
3. Timeline:
• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
• Requests after this time will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
• Sale, discounted, or clearance products.
• Customized or altered pieces.
• Items purchased during special offers or combo deals.
5. Refunds:
• If eligible, refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfer within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Shipping for Returns:
• Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
